2 small 1.6 x 1.6 cm parent rock 9 x 9 x 5.5 cm, 460 gPyrite forms cubic (cube-shaped)
crystals, butonly one site in the world provides such perfect pyrite cubes: Navajun
in Spain; nowhere else in the world does pyrite occur inthis beautiful and almost
perfect form. Pyritespecimens from this site are represented in all major museum
mineral collections. The pyrite cubes were created completely naturally. The surfaces
were not ground but simply prepared from the parent rock
